On 13 June, 1977, Roberta Elam, a 26 year old Postulant Nun, was raped and murdered on the grounds of Mount Saint Joseph’s Convent in the middle of the day. Despite a massive police investigation spanning four decades, the case remains unsolved. Two men who were there during the investigation will provide an update on Wheeling's most notorious and persistent mystery.
